  1. pestle the star anis to a pulver
  2. chop the rosmarin
  3. fill a small pot with anis, rosmarin and 250ml water
  4. bring to boil for ca 10min
  5. add salt
  6. boild for another 10min and keep adding water
  7. strain the sud
